You are

• Discreet and organised, ensuring a clean and welcoming space for every guest

• Attentive, delivering a personalised service and a unique experience

• Detail-oriented, with an impeccable eye for cleanliness and an uncompromising standard of service

You will

• Carry out daily cleaning of rooms and common areas according to a defined schedule

• Check cleanliness, the proper functioning of equipment, and report any anomalies

• Suggest improvements and apply standards for all types of service (full clean, turn-down, evening service, common areas)

• Adapt your approach to the needs and pace of each guest

• Use automatic cleaning tools correctly and ensure their proper handling

• Comply with hygiene, safety and waste management rules, while limiting resource consumption

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)

As a G.E, you will be an ambassador of Club Med excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure each day runs smoothly. Whether preparing, organising or attending to the comfort of our guests, you will play a discreet yet essential role. You will be part of a multicultural team where every action counts in turning a stay into a unique experience.
