PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Tech Leadis responsible forguiding the technical direction of software projects at Club Med, ensuring technology solutions are effectively designed and implemented to meet businessobjectives. This role involves leading a team of developers, fostering innovation, andmaintaininghigh-quality coding standards. The Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and ensuring successful project delivery through collaboration and leadership.
GENERAL MISSIONS
1.Technical Leadership and Guidance
Define and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality development.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team to enhance skills and productivity.
Lead architectural design decisions and technical strategy formulation.
2.Project Management andExecution
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuringtimelyandwithin-budgetdelivery.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Identifyand mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks during project execution.
3.Innovation andContinuousImprovement
Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the development team.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to inform tech strategy.
Implement changes to improve software performance and scalability.
4.Cross-functionalCollaboration
Work closely with other departments to integrate technical solutions seamlessly.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between development, product, and operations teams.
Ensure stakeholder needs and requirements are met through effective technical solutions.
5.Quality Assurance and Code Review
Conduct regular code reviews tomaintaincoding standards and ensure quality.
Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance product reliability.
Monitor and address technical debt and codebase issues proactively.

Mobilize and unite around a common vision: Engage teams with clear, inspiring communication aligned with strategicobjectives.
