You will

Organizing and checking the cleaning of the hotel rooms and common areas
Knowing the resort inside out and working in partnership with the services concerned (reception, laundry, catering)
Anticipating and responding to the different needs and requirements of customers
Scheduling housekeeping staff according to room occupancy
Checking that work is carried out consistently in line with the high quality standards at Club Med
Managing the housekeeping team (internal team or external supplier)
Managing the restocking of hotel equipment and the housekeeping budget
Ensuring the respect of hygiene and safety rules
Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and replacing her / him if necessary
