You are
• A leader and role model, capable of managing an international team and inspiring a positive dynamic
• Analytical, able to take a step back, analyze situations and make strategic, financially driven decisions
• Multilingual, fluent in at least two languages — ideally French and English
• Proactive, able to solve problems and propose effective solutions with agility

You will
• Guarantee the quality and implementation of all services within your scope — front office, accommodation, transport, communications and seminars
• Supervise the administration and financial flows of your department while ensuring compliance with Resort standards
• Ensure optimal guest experience through personalization, complaint management and consistent application of Club Med quality standards
• Translate budget objectives into action plans and monitor their execution to achieve expected results
• Guide, coach and inspire your international teams to drive performance and professional development through clear, measurable objectives
• Guarantee strict compliance with hygiene, safety and legal and commercial procedures across your department

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
