Your work environment
For more than 50 years, families and children have been at the heart of Club Med’s priorities. Our private Early Childhood Care Centres offer two distinct services: the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years).
Each structure includes dedicated spaces such as playrooms, nap rooms, changing rooms, parent reception areas, and a kitchen for meal and bottle preparation.
The objective is to provide high-quality childcare, respecting the biological rhythm of each child, with activities for awakening, outdoor play, walks and reassuring attention to initiate children into community life.

You are

• Qualified, holding the State Diploma of Childcare Assistant
• Reassuring, creating a safe environment and providing a professional and warm welcome
• Caring, attentive to the daily needs of children and their overall health
• Curious, motivated by the idea of working with children in a unique setting

You will

• Welcome and supervise children at the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and Petit Club (2 to 3 years)
• Design activities and events adapted to the ages and interests of the children
• Assist children in daily routines such as dressing, washing, meals, playtime and naps
• Communicate effectively with parents at key moments of the day
• Build secure attachments for children and reassure parents
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and legal standards of the Baby/Petit Club

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
