Within the General Secretariat, the Group Ethics & Compliance team supports Club Med’s international development by promoting a culture of integrity and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Join us and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of a rapidly evolving Compliance programme, at the heart of the strategic challenges faced by an international group.
Missions
Reporting to the Group Ethics & Compliance Director, you will participate in the implementation, continuous improvement and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programmes.
In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the design, implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programmes (business ethics, international sanctions, duty of care, personal data protection and other applicable regulations);
- Supporting business teams and Group entities in the operational implementation of compliance requirements and related processes;
- Participating in the implementation of the sanctions compliance framework (processes, awareness initiatives, business support and regulatory monitoring);
- Participating in the administration and optimisation of the Group’s Compliance tools (third-party screening, GDPR, whistleblowing hotline, etc.);
- Designing and facilitating communication, awareness and training initiatives;
- Contributing to GDPR projects and other matters managed by the team;
- Contributing to the coordination of the Compliance representatives’ network and the preparation of related communications;
- Producing reports and monitoring regulatory developments relating to Compliance matters;
- Participating in the identification and implementation of innovative tools, particularly those incorporating AI, to improve the effectiveness of the Compliance function.
Profile
- Master’s degree in law, complemented by a business school qualification or a specialisation in Compliance/business ethics;
- At least three years of successful experience in a Compliance role within an international group;
- Good knowledge of compliance matters (business ethics, sanctions, duty of care and GDPR);
- Proficiency with digital tools and a strong interest in the use of AI applied to compliance;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.

- Availability for occasional business travel.
Terms & Conditions
- Permanent contract.
- Based at Club Med’s Paris La Villette headquarters in the 19th arrondissement.
- Current remote working policy: 8 days per month, subject to agreement with the manager and the team; possibility of taking one full remote working week per quarter.
