Role:

Through this internship, you will assist the APAC Business Intelligence Lead. You will gain a comprehensive level of experience in business analytics and reporting in the Hospitality Industry. Some knowledge in revenue management will be gained as well.

Your main responsibilities include the following:

REPORTING

·       Prepare and deliver multiple Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Revenue Management reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

·       Manage all reporting tools under scope.

·       Serve as a secondary point-of-contact for reporting tools for APAC.

·       Provide Ad-Hoc reporting when requested.


MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS

·       In charge of weekly STR performance data submission

·       Prepare monthly Benchmark & Analysis on competitors’ performance vs. Club Med.

·       Assist RMP team to prepare sales meeting presentations.


PROFILE

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - pivot table, database, formula etc. & PowerPoint are highly required, Word)

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin & French is a plus)

·       Have a keen interest in the hospitality industry.

·       Having prior knowledge in Power Bi is an advantage.

·       Strong analytical and research skills

Meticulous and able to deliver results on time.
