Job overview

Within the Southern Europe cluster team, we are looking for a Marketing campaign planning officer (V.I.E) to support the coordination, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across the Southern Europe cluster markets.

Working closely with local marketing and central teams (EMEA), the role ensures the effective deployment of global guidelines while adapting campaigns to local market needs. The position also contributes to the creation of shared marketing assets and supports the implementation of key promotional moments throughout the year.

The role requires strong coordination skills, cross-market collaboration and a good understanding of marketing campaign planning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Management: support the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns (MAP) and the Promotional plan strategy across the markets within the cluster.
  • Coordination and Implementation of EMEA Guidelines: identify relevant EMEA marketing guidelines and content and coordinate their implementation across Southern Europe markets. Adapt and deploy content according to the strategy, business priorities and local context of each market.
  • Creation of shared local content: identify common marketing needs across cluster markets. Develop local marketing content and assets when needs are shared by at least two markets.
  • Coordination of Key Promotional Moments: Coordinate the adaptation and implementation of key promotional campaigns across the cluster (approximately six major promotional periods per year).
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs of business and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication or related field
  • First successful experience (internship/apprenticeship) in marketing, project coordination or communication
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work in an international and collaborative environment
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a plus)
