Your Work Environment

At the heart of our guests’ digital experience, the role of Communications Officer (eG.O) is essential to ensure smooth and inspiring communication within the Resort. You will be responsible for managing digital content and social media, showcasing Club Med’s offerings and experiences through interactive tools. Working closely with internal and marketing teams, you will help enhance the Resort’s visibility while fostering engagement within our online community.


Who You Are

  • A digital communication expert: You master digital tools and have a talent for creating engaging content.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and organized: You can juggle multiple projects while maintaining brand quality and strategy.
  • A passionate storyteller: You have a keen eye for photography and videography, capturing the essence of moments to share with our community.
  • An excellent communicator: You are comfortable in both written and spoken communication in French and English (Spanish is a plus).

What You Will Do

  • Manage and update content on the My Club Med app and interactive screens within the Resort.
  • Promote the adoption of digital tools among guests and teams, contributing to the development of new features.
  • Boost the Resort’s social media presence by managing the Instagram community and creating engaging content.
  • Support revenue optimization by highlighting à la carte offers and Resort services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Club Med Miami’s marketing teams to ensure brand and product consistency.
