Context
Within the gMDT Business Unit and reporting to the IT Infrastructure Resort Manager, the Network Administrator contributes to maintaining the operational readiness, performance and evolution of network infrastructures across EMEA Resorts.
The role covers level 1 and level 2 support, contributes to the deployment and technical evolution of infrastructures, and gradually develops expertise in the network architectures deployed across Club Med Resorts.
Missions
1. Network support, operations and quality of service
Provide L1/L2 network support, handle requests and incidents, and contribute to their prioritization according to impact and urgency.
Contribute to the availability, stability and performance of Resort network infrastructures, including during major incidents and on-call duty arrangements.
Take part in the continuous improvement of the quality of network services delivered to G.Ms and G.Os.
2. Deployments, evolutions and operational coordination
Participate in network deployments during Resort openings, closures, renovations and technical evolutions.
Carry out configurations, technical validations and action follow-up in compliance with Group standards.
Coordinate interventions with partners, local teams and central teams through to action closure.
3. Technical expertise, architecture and documentation frameworks
Develop expertise in network technologies within the Resort scope and contribute to capacity, performance and security studies, as well as the qualification of new solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of technical standards to strengthen service quality, resilience and infrastructure industrialization.
Keep the CMDB, infrastructure diagrams, IP plans, procedures and knowledge bases up to date.

Profile
Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in networks, telecommunications or IT, with proven experience in network administration, IT infrastructure operations or L2 network support.
Strong command of network fundamentals: LAN/WLAN, switching, routing, VLAN, enterprise Wi-Fi, diagnostics and monitoring.
Ability to analyze, qualify and drive the resolution of network incidents, including in demanding multi-site operational environments.
Good understanding of network security principles, technical architectures and operational standards.
CCNA certification required, or demonstrated equivalent level; progression towards CCNP would be appreciated.
Autonomy, rigor, service mindset, coordination skills and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Valid category B driving licence required for occasional travel to sites.
Conditions
Permanent contract (CDI)
Position based at Club Med’s Lyon
Occasional travel to be expected: EMEA Resort locations and Paris 19th district headquarters.
Driving licence: category B.
Current hybrid working policy: up to 8 remote working days per month, subject to manager and team approval, with the possibility of taking one full remote-working week per quarter.
