Job location: Resorts in the French Alps

Required education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2/3) in Hospitality, Management or Customer Relations, or equivalent experience. Excellent command of foreign languages, leadership skills, and reception tools required.
Experience required: 3 to 5 years

You are
• Sociable, skilled at building trustful relationships with guests and teams.
• Responsible and exemplary, able to lead, train, and effectively represent the department.
• Multilingual, fluent in at least two languages including English, and comfortable with international clientele.
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and flexible, adapting to situations and operational needs.

You will
• Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Accompany guests from arrival to departure (check-in/check-out) and respond to their needs during their stay (transportation, room changes, etc.).
• Coordinate all reception activities: provide information, organize guest stays, and respond to requests.
• Oversee back-office operations related to staff schedules, internal management of the reception team, room assignments, and transfer coordination.
• Handle guest requests and complaints through multiple communication channels, finding quick and empathetic solutions.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate an international team of 15 to 25 employees, supporting their development through training, evaluations, and growth opportunities.
• Develop local sales opportunities and maximize the Resort’s revenue.
• Apply Club Med standards and procedures related to hygiene, safety, and emergency or evacuation protocols.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether speaking with them, joining an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will contribute to creating unforgettable memories.
