Your work environment
Each Resort includes several restaurants and bars, event‑driven or more intimate, designed to deliver our Premium all inclusive experience.

You are
• Organized, able to efficiently manage your priorities
• Rigorous, comfortable with budget management and cost control
• Responsible, experienced in team leadership to unite and supervise

You will
• Apply and ensure adherence to Club Med standards to guarantee compliance of the offer and processes within the Resort
• Lead a team of 15 to 20 employees, guiding them toward shared goals
• Control costs by optimizing the use of cleaning products, PMH equipment and services related to dishwashing and restaurant‑bar cleaning
• Perform regular checks to prevent supply shortages and ensure proper inventory follow‑up
• Guarantee the implementation and strict respect of hygiene and safety procedures
• Supervise and motivate your teams around strong quality service behaviors and attitudes

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It means experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
