Who are we?
Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.

Your work environment
Each Resort offers several restaurants and bars, from large event spaces to intimate settings, serving our premium all-inclusive offer.
From buffets to plated service, live cooking shows, and numerous festive events, you will have many opportunities to showcase your skills and creativity while exploring the full variety of our gastronomy.
Our refined offer is built on five pillars: creating memorable experiences anytime and anywhere throughout the day, surprising guests with a variety of conceptual dining spaces, promoting well-being for all (including your own), and engaging the senses and emotions through presentation, all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You are
- Operational, mastering culinary techniques, professional terminology, and confident in using IT tools.
- A leader, capable of managing a team, resolving conflicts, and effectively supporting the Head Chef.
- Autonomous, able to make decisions in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Organized, able to anticipate needs while respecting processes and ensuring swift, proactive management.
- Cooperative, with excellent stock and inventory management skills and strong collaboration with other teams.
You will
- Assist the Head Chef and replace them in their absence.
- Manage and lead a brigade of 30 to 80 cooks, ensuring mise en place, buffet replenishment, and quality of the offer (serving 600 to 1,800 covers per service).
- Work closely with the Head Chef and the Stock & Purchasing Manager to manage orders and inventory within allocated budgets.
- Supervise and guarantee the quality of culinary services while strictly adhering to Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP), in coordination with other Resort departments (stewarding, restaurant, bar, etc.).
- Unite and motivate your teams around clear objectives and support their professional development.
- Analyze results and propose budget improvements and adjustments to optimize performance.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging with them, joining an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will contribute to creating unforgettable memories.
