You will

- Welcome and offer assistance to any guest of the Exclusive Collection Space, Villas and Chalets, and Exclusive Collection Resorts, from their arrival to departure, for their personal movements and the transport of luggage or personal belongings.

- Ensure the delivery of luggage upon the guests' arrival and departure.

- Provide support to the Reception and Services teams during your shift (room changes, trips to the post office, trips to stores, etc.).

- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment, work tools (luggage carts), reception areas, and storage spaces, as well as the consistency of the atmosphere (controlled odors, appropriate music, etc.).

- Make sure the guest always feels safe (smooth driving, child seats, etc.) and that luggage is visibly handled with care.

- Assist the Butlers or Chalet Hosts, Accommodation, and Food & Beverage teams in handling tasks (setting up, clearing, restocking supplies, delivering laundry, delivering food and beverages to rooms and chalets, etc.).

- Welcome guest feedback with tact and elegance, reporting it to your manager immediately while being proactive with suggestions.

- Contribute to monitoring access, and ensuring the safety of people and property.
