Who are we?
Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.
Since then, our mission has been to create moments of happiness every day and share them with our guests, in nearly 70 Premium and Exclusive Collection Resorts located in the most beautiful destinations in the world.
To make this happen, we have something others don't: the Club Med Spirit and our five core values of kindness, multiculturalism, responsibility, freedom and a pioneering spirit.
Today, Club Med is the world leader in premium all-inclusive holidays. We are more than 25,000 Gentle Organizers (G.O) and Gentle Employees (G.E) from over 110 nationalities and cultures, working in Resorts, offices and agencies across more than 40 countries.
Your work environment
At Club Med, the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team helps ensure that our guests enjoy safe and worry-free holidays. As a prevention and risk-management professional, you play a key role in protecting the well-being of guests and employees throughout their stay.
You will work in an environment designed to respond effectively to operational and safety needs, where every intervention contributes to maintaining a secure and comfortable experience. You will be part of a dedicated team where responsiveness, leadership and collaboration are essential to delivering operational excellence.
Your role is central to crisis management, prevention strategies and continuous improvement initiatives, helping create a safe environment for everyone.
You are
• Qualified in Health, Safety and Environment, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE, QHSE or a related field.
• An effective trainer and communicator, capable of supporting and educating teams and stakeholders.
• Observant, with strong listening, analytical and risk-assessment skills.
• Responsible, able to manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proactive, anticipating risks and implementing preventive actions before issues arise.
You will
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety and Environment policy throughout the Resort.
• Support managers and teams in applying procedures and maintaining compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Coordinate crisis-management processes and ensure operational readiness in emergency situations.
• Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders regarding safety and environmental matters.
• Promote a culture of prevention by raising awareness and communicating HSE initiatives to both employees and guests.
• Monitor HSE performance, recommend improvements and ensure the availability of the equipment and resources required to maintain a safe environment.
You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you carry out your profession with passion while having the opportunity to take part in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you help create unique memories.
Being a G.O is much more than a job: it is about experiencing moments of sharing and emotion within a multicultural team.
