You are
- Reassuring, you build trust with parents and offer a gentle touch to our little ones.
- Rigorous, you master hygiene and safety standards to perfection.
- Pedagogical, you propose activities that respect the child's rhythm and focus on his or her development.

You will
- Ensure the welcome, safety and quality of supervision of children in the Baby, Petit, Mini and Junior Clubs.
- Manage, motivate and develop teams
- Coordinate with all resort departments
- Organize events for children
- Ensure that PMI, health and safety standards are applied and respected in all supervision structures
- Set and manage budgetary objectives with supervisors
