Amazing Family Coordinator

Purpose

Amazing Family! is an offer that has been specifically thought for Families. The promise of the project is to answer Families’ needs to reconnect and spend quality time together while on holidays.

It is not a Children Care project (not comparable to Mini Club Med) – it is targeting Families and the goal of the activities is to make families have fun together as a whole.

Amazing Family! is made up of 4 dedicated times in Resort. The purpose of these 4 highlights is to give rhythm to the families’ typical weeks :  

• Time To Play : a set of traditional giant wooden games to invite Kids and Parents to leave their screens away and have fun through a “back to basics” spirit
• Time To Splash : a set of aquatic games to allow families to let go through fun pool challenges & activities
• Time To Celebrate : a life-size Escape Game deployed in the whole Resort
• Time To Recharge (optional depending on the Resort): dedicated times to invite Kids and Parents to have quality calm times together away from the Resort excited life (observation games, yoga sessions, etc.)

This offer will be led by 2 G.O® Amazing Family in order to :

• boost families’ participation
• liven quality activities up

Scope & Missions

• Reporting to Events Manager
• Setting up and hosting Families’ games to answer their need to spend time together
• Boosting Families’ participation through efficient communication in Resort
• Being responsible for the Amazing Family! material (usage, cleaning, tidying up) to make sure the material is always in good quality and available for the G.M®s
• Having an education role towards the G.O®s team to ensure their support during some key times of the project (e.g.: the Escape Game)
