Your work environment

Each Resort features several restaurants and bars, ranging from lively event venues to more intimate dining concepts, all supporting our Premium All-Inclusive offering.

Behind every exceptional dining experience is a highly efficient Stewarding team that ensures the smooth operation of kitchens, restaurants and bars. Working at the heart of Food & Beverage operations, you will help guarantee quality, hygiene, cost control and operational excellence across all service areas.

From themed buffets to festive events and bistronomic dining experiences, you will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences while supporting teams in a dynamic, multicultural and fast-paced environment.

You are

• Organised, able to manage priorities effectively and maintain operational efficiency.

• Rigorous, comfortable managing budgets, monitoring costs and optimising resources.

• Responsible, with leadership experience and the ability to supervise, motivate and unite a team.

You will

• Apply and ensure compliance with Club Med standards to guarantee consistency in operations, services and quality throughout the Resort.

• Lead a team of 15 to 20 employees, guiding them towards shared objectives and operational excellence.

• Control costs by optimising the use of cleaning products, operating supplies, equipment and stewarding resources across bars and restaurants.

• Conduct regular inspections to prevent shortages and ensure accurate inventory management.

• Guarantee the strict implementation and monitoring of hygiene and safety procedures.

• Train, support and motivate your teams around service excellence and high professional standards.

You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a Gentle Organizer (G.O), you will carry out your role with passion while taking part in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing activities, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
