Our private early‑childhood structures offer two distinct services – the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years). Each space includes adapted rooms for activities, naps and changing, welcoming areas for parents and a kitchen for meal and bottle preparation.
Our goal is to provide high‑quality childcare that respects each child’s biological rhythm through awakening activities, outdoor games, walks and comforting attention to help them experience life in a group setting.

You are
• Graduate, holding the State Diploma in Early Childhood Education or in Pediatric Nursing (IPDE)
• Reassuring, able to create a nurturing and welcoming environment for children and parents
• Caring and attentive to each child’s daily needs and overall health
• Curious and motivated to work in a unique environment while leading dedicated teams

You will
• Supervise the operation and childcare activities within the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years)
• Manage and support a team of 4 to 20 early‑childhood professionals to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals
• Oversee the service from opening to closing, ensuring administrative, legal, HR and budget compliance
• Act as the main contact for local childcare authorities, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations
• Organize and coordinate age‑appropriate activities (sports, expression, creative workshops) in line with the Club Med Family strategy
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of hygiene and safety procedures by your team
• Develop and execute action plans to reach the objectives set by the Family Manager

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
