Your work environment
For more than 50 years, families and children have been at the heart of Club Med’s priorities. Our private Early Childhood Centers offer two distinct services: the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years). Each facility includes adapted spaces such as playrooms, nap areas, changing rooms, reception areas for parents and a kitchen for meal and bottle preparation.
The goal is to provide high-quality childcare that respects each child’s biological rhythm, with awakening activities, outdoor games, walks and caring attention to help children discover community life in a nurturing environment.

You are
• Graduate, holding the State Diploma in Pediatric Nursing.

You will
• Supervise children at the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years), ensuring their well-being and safety each day.
• Offer activities adapted to each child’s development to promote growth and awakening.
• Build emotional security by reassuring both children and parents at key moments (separations, meals, nap time).
• Work closely with the Baby/Petit Club Supervisor and Family Manager on operational and administrative follow-up.
• Ensure clear communication with parents on their child’s day.
• Maintain safe and functional environments, checking equipment and materials.
• Manage and replenish first-aid kits based on daily needs.
• Provide medical care according to parental and physician instructions, including prescribed medication.
• Handle admissions for children requiring special attention, sharing your expert insight.
• Ensure compliance with medical, sanitary and regulatory protocols, and report any irregularities.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of your guests’ stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
